Mushishi is one of my favorite shows ever, and it's episodic so it's great for the casual convention goer to watch a couple episodes of without feeling lost. I've recently been watching Natsume Yuujinchou on Crunchyroll and it's a bit similar to Mushishi in some ways, so I'd recommend that too. (Although Natsume's got a LOT of sad episodes...)

Hetalia. There is no way I WOULDN'T make sure to show that one. The fans are scary...seriously. I GUARANTEE IT WILL BE SHOWN.

Not sure how many episodes are going to be out by then, but High School of the Dead is a good choice for Halloween weekend. Nothing says "Happy Halloween" quite like zombies.

Thought for the thursday night theme (as I like to have thursday night always have a theme): Toonami Presents. Old shows that were run on toonami originally including:

Gundam Wing
Sailor Moon
Tenchi Muyo

Rather than Gundam Wing, I'd suggest 08th MS Team, but that's just me.

Also, if they haven't been suggested already, Bakemonogatari, and Angel Beats. Also, Durarara!! (even though it's been licensed)
Woot.

And also...woot.

08th MS Team seemed really awesome but I only caught a handful of episodes. Gundam Wing was probably more popular though, so I think it depends on what you're going for with that lineup; if you're deliberately trying to show popular shows people remember Gundam Wing is the better choice.
