Welcome to night vale just announced that they do not want the selling of fan made products. Also I heard the creators of the game: bastion also do not want fan arts to be sold.

If you did not draw the art that you are editing into these different designs, then you cannot sell it in the AA. We try to keep things as original as possible. If you wanted to sell items like this you would be better off in the dealers room.

is there any type of pixel art that is prohibited? if so then what would be considered?

Since raffles are allowed, are fundraisers allowed as well? :)

unless you're a registered non-profit organization then no, we can't let you fundraise. If you ARE part of a non-profit organization, I can look into who you'd need to contact to have one at Youmacon.
You can always put out a tip jar though, which may be handy if you're doing at-con commissions.

So raffles are okay then?!? I know I asked before, but I'm not sure I ever got an actual response. :)

As long as you're displaying the general prizes you will be offering for your raffle, I don't mind if you have a raffle.

I have a question about the fundraising. I made a special kitty to help raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness would I be able to set her out and take orders for people who wanted to buy one or would that not be allowed?

I would think so, since you're selling an item and not just outright "asking for money." Hopefully hikaru will be able to give you a definite answer soon.

I hope so. I'm really proud of how she turned out since I've had the concept for her in my head for a while now. If it helps the answer any, for each 'Hope Kitten' I sell I will be donating $5.
