AMV Rules ?s

Postby Medieval » Tue Jun 21, 2005 12:47 pm

Any particular reason why asf, mov, and wmv were selected as the allowable file types?

Any particular codecs audio and video wise preferred or is uncompressed preffered?

Any particular media type desired for submissions, tape, dvd-r, dvd+r, cd-r, cd-rw, etc etc?

Hmm, looks like the wrong version of the rules was posted. The complete version will be up tomorrow and announced on the forums.

If you actually read what it says, it says any format EXCEPT those.

Actually the original stated "must not use", which can be very easily mis-read during initial readings. I had mis-read that line when I posted before.

The new rules posted this morning are much more clear, and easier to read correctly.

You seem awfully cranky Greyshift, need cofee?.

Ouch I can understand, glad I don't have a job that doesn't require those hours anymore.
