When my Shu-chan freaked like no other when she saw someone cosplaying Duo Maxwell of Gundum.

I can't say enough about cosplay shougi and the Spoony Bards.

Chasing Duo around with my friends
Seeing Irving and Gundamman gunfight
Snake and his box
Fullmetal Fantasy
Meeting Dave Anez
Almost seeming like being reprimanded by security, but then being encouraged to continue what I was doing.

Anime Family Feud was WAY better than I thought it would be.

I don't know what amused me more, the OH YES!, Emileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee buzzing in with "Moltres" instead of OH YES!, or myself getting the "Name an anime that takes place in America" when cosplaying a character from an anime that takes place in America XD

Or when I won a judge's award XD Hell the whole con kicked serious butt!

Thanks! It was the Spoony Bards, the intensity of my friend Dustin screaming "BOOM! HEADSHOT!" at me (while we were going over the skit in our room), and the box that gave me the will to win. And help us win best in show. :)

Heres some of my favorite points/experiences of the Con, in no particular order:

-Chasing, capturing, executing, and being executed by Duo Maxwell
-Being at the Kristina Sa and Eyeshine concert
-Midnight Madness (I missed Anime Hell, but I heard that was awesome as well)
-Vic Mignogna and Caitlin Glass+Fullmetal Fantasy
-Surviving on as little sleep and food as possible for 3 days straight
-Dancing to the Spoony Bards (whom I enjoyed very much...loved that they knew so many songs from so many games/animes and played them on request) in a Ghillie Suite
-The elevator rave
-The floating box of pocky that I somehow ended up taking home
-Cosplay Shougi
-The overall atmostphere and all the weird dorks like me that were very friendly, interesting, and funny

'sall I can think of at the moment... but Ive no doubt Ive missed a bunch.

Quite easily it was two events from saturday night:

The return of Foodle Spanes, the dancing, chinese opera mask wearing, kung fu uniform clad mythical man of cons.

I also loved the Mobile Blanket Fortress: Fort Polyester wandered the halls and the dance, creating it's own special brand of madness. Thank **** I was there for that one from the get go.

LOL, the blanket fort! What the hell was up with that anyway? I was in it for a little while, when it was *nearly* turned away from the ballroom.

Yah, that's the one. Me and Vucarik were part of the "Duo Death Task Force." Duo's an awesome gal.

[edit]

After watching Anime Hell and Midnight Madness, my friend has changed his answering machine to be just like Gendo's in Evangelon Redeath.

I probably had a few, like the concert, the combination of "Anime Hell" and "Midnight Madness", the "Your Favorite Anime Sucks!" panel, seeing "Fullmetal Fantasy", everything that happened during the "I Get Paid to Say This?" panel, Iron Editor. But the whole con was awesome overall. :P

For me, probably getting several games of russian rooulette going with my NERF gun, getting locked out of my room and almost sleeping infront of the elevators, and hearing my friend's recollection of when he accidently walked in on the yaoi panel.

Oh yea, and the man with the mad Jedi powers that while deflecting my shots stuck one of the darts on the saber's blade. That rocked dude.

Basically, we were all sitting around in the room, constructing a fort, when it was realized, through the movement of the curtains, that we could throw a blanket over everyone's head and create a mobile fortress.

And thus Fort Polyester rolled out of the room, and into our hearts forever.

Also if anyone has any photos of that fort, I'd love to have em.
